Acceptance

By creating an account or calling our API, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Acceptable use

• No scraping the dashboard UI — use the API.
• No sharing API keys across organizations.
• Respect rate limits. Sustained abuse may trigger throttling or suspension.
• No reselling raw data dumps without a written enterprise agreement.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.

Service availability

Scale and Recruiter plans target 99.95% monthly uptime. Enterprise targets 99.99%. Lower tiers are best-effort.

Liability

Service is provided "as is." Our maximum aggregate liability in any 12-month period is the amount you paid us in that period.
